NEVER USE NETFLORIST OR ASK NOLUTHANDO K FOR ASSISTANCE

Worst service from Netflorist. Order was placed at 8.20 am for same day delivery. It was collected for delivery at 11.30am according to the tracker on the netflorist website.

Not only did the order never arrive, but the intended recipient was called and the surprise ruined - only for no gift to arrive.

When enquiring with customer care, I was told that the delivery was not completed due to the incorrect area being used for the delivery address BUT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT. (I even emailed a screenshot of my order and delivery address FROM THE NETFLORIST WEBSITE to prove this)

Upon talking to Noluthando K to cancel the order a day later (gift still has not arrived), I was told that I would be charged a delivery fee because the delivery went out yesterday. HOW CAN I PAY A DELIVERY FEE FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED DUE TO DRIVERS BEING UNABLE TO READ?!
