Never use Netflorist

Horrible service. Order for a birthday delivered a day late and only half the gift was delivered. Called the customer service - no apology - they will try and deliver but cant give me a confirmation if they can- the driver never loaded the other half of the gift. No apology for a day late half delivery. Shocking service - no refund offered. Will never use them again.
