Never trust Netflorist with your special occasion.

I placed an order on their website for a birthday gift , which was a personalised fleece gown , biltong and a birthday balloon. It was supposed to be delivered on the 8th of August and on the day I called about 5 times checking where my delivery was because I wanted to make sure the recipient was at the given address. Netflorists assistants kept assuring me that will would be delivered on the day , then around 17:00pm I get a email saying they couldn't get through to the recipient who was with me at the time and his phone never rang . I contacted their call centre again and when they tried to get through to their driver his phone was off , which proved that he didn't even try to contact us . The service level is appalling , they couldn't even try anything to correct the situation. They ruined my boyfriends birthday which just proves that they are unreliable and should not be in the service industry .
