NEVER EVER ORDER WITH NETFLORIST!!!

I have placed an order for valentines day for my husband. I chose specific products that were available as their website for delivery ON VALENTINES day.

Everything was paid and confirmed, and the morning of valentines day, the order status was even, out for delivery.

During the morning a lady (person delivering the parcel) called, wanting to confirm if my delivery address is in Western Cape. I confirmed that is NOT in western cape, but in Eastern Cape. According to her, she is delivering parcels in Western Cape. She assured me that this will be sorted out and the order will still go out on Valentines day.

At 18:00 on valentines day, the order status changed BACK to IN PRODUCTION. I tried to phone, but the customer services are only open until 18:00. I sent an email, on which I still had NO RESPONSE.

On the 15th I phoned customer service, they checked, and apologized. The parcel went to the wrong hub. But assured me it will be delivered on the 15th before 20:00.

Later on the 15th, I received a call from netflorist, asking me if I had delivered the parcel? I told the lady, I ordered the parcel. She mistaken me for the delivery guy. She assured me to sort it out and to phone me back. Which she DID NOT!

NO DELIVERY ON THE 15TH!!!!

On 16 February 2023, Netflorist phoned me, just to confirm if my address is in Easter Cape? And assured me that the parcel will be delivered today.

It is now 14:30 and the status of my order still reads: PREPARING ORDER- IN PRODUCTION!

No response to my emails, no response to my calls....no parcel.

And Valentines day is a mere terribly memory thanks to NETFLORIST!

I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM, OR EVER USE THEM AGAIN IN FUTURE!

HONESTLY THE WORST SERVICE RECEIVED EVER!
