Never order from them!

I live in the UK and ordered flowers online to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. I paid a small fortune for what I believed would be a lovely bunch of flowers. Shockingly what was delivered was a miserly tiny bunch of flowers all in full bloom that died two days later. I contacted Netflorist and got told I'd get a R100 voucher which is a damn disgrace given that I paid them and then had to order from someone else as I was embarrassed by what was delivered. I emailed netflorist a few more times with no response. I have used them for years with no issues but the service has certainly deteriorated. Shocking quality and appalling customer service. <br>
