Never order again from them

Hi I tried netflorist on the 25 May gave my order for our anniversary but then they got back to me a few hours later saying they can't deliver. So I am in Bloemfontein and my wife in Kzn can't do much because it's to late so I asked for a refund then they say I should take a hamper. So I Asked them how do I go About doing this not sure about I told them just refund me they told thats fine it takes 5 working days. Today is the 6 June and nor refund please people beware with this online orders I will never order from them again
