When you chat to a online agent that was not helpful at all You get told that the one will be deliver to her today ot snow 18.50 no deliver as yet

The other gilf was deliever a day before date that we requested and no card or details who sent the gift when you ask when it will be deliver on 18may 2 week later and when you ask for manger to call you no one calls so the service is really **** and it not that it was cheap
