NEVER GOT PAID

I work as a temp driver for Netflorist. I did flower deliveries for them on 3 December 2020. 3 days later I submitted my list for payment processing. I followed up end of December 2020 and was told that HR closed already for the year.

I followed up again on 19 January 2021 via a chatbox on the Netflorist website. I was asked to send my enquiry on via email to: ***. I sent an emil enquiry and no feedback. My second follow up was on 22 January 2021. 3rd follow up on 25 January 2021. Last follow up was on 29 January 2021 I chatted with Various consultant on different occasions and they promised to escalate the query. On a different occasion I was asked to phone ***/ *** which I did but the phone got cut off.

We are now in february 2021 and I have given up on following up as there is no feedback whatsoever.
