Never get an additional card for a special occasion, just use the standard card supp**** already.

Not only did they not deliver on the date specified (even after booking a few weeks in advance), I also received a gift where the person paid for a personalized card that had half the message left out, the whole card full of printer stripes, an additional standard NetFlorist card in the flowers where the message was printed in full but without spacing... And to top it all off: when I contacted them to explain this, they rep**** with wanting to correct the inconvenience but kept asking for the order number. How, if this was a gift, must I have the order number firstly, and then if you have gone to all the effort of asking the person who sent it to provide you with the invoice and send them the order number... They still can't find where it all went wrong.

It was supposed to be a memorable gift, no smooshes or happiness. Thank you for nothing NetFlorist.
