Never ever again!!!

Always a disappointment. I last used netflorsit in 2020 and decided never again after they messed up my order. This time I placed an order on Saturday for delivery today, all confirmed via e-mail, lo and behold it is now 6pm, they haven't delivered, the tracking number they gave me on email doesn't exist on their website, and their call center has closed for the day. What an absolute disgrace!!
