Never Buying from Netflorist ever again worst experience ever

Worst experience ever ordering from Netflorist, I orderd kid birthday gifts instead one item was dispatched and the rest of the items weren't delivered what's worse I was not notified that there's equipment failure as such one item will not be ready to be delivered today instead those *****s from delivery center just dispatched one item with a blank card with no message whatsoever.

Why do you sell lies, why are you selling a service you cannot render instead of making someone's day special you ruin it.

All my details were captured when placing an order, you failed to contact me and tell me that you will be unable to render the service on the specified date and state your reasons thereof so I can decide if I still want your services or not. You just decided on your own that you will ****en deliver the damn gift in own ****en date and time to hell with the date I selected and the person expecting a gift on the day.

I will never buy a gift from you again such incompetence.
