Never buy from netflorist!!!

I ordered flowers and a mancrate. Both items were to be delivered at the exact same address on the same day. Guess what?!? Netflorist delivered the flowers without the mancrate. I called them to ask them why they only delivered one of the items and (1) the consultant had loud music playing in the background- so loud that we could hardly hear each other; (2) he was completely disinterested in my query- he just said “ we send out the flowers first then we send everything else at a later stage”; (3) when I asked him further questions he just kept quiet so I asked if he can even hear me and he said yes but he just wasn’t responding to any of my questions. I asked for a cancellation for the remaining items- he said they would deduct delivery fees for the outstanding item from the refund... what delivery fee if you haven’t delivered the item yet! Horrible ********** service! They won’t see a cent of my money ever again. Plus they put too much promotional **** on the flower cards... how can they flood the card with so much promotional nonsense when I have paid for it! Absolute *******!
