Never buy from Netflorist

They completely got my order wrong. They didn’t deliver the full order which I paid for and tell me they don’t report on additional extras that ordered and they didn’t even put the message which I put on the card. I’m so angry with Netflorist. I will never ever buy from them again and I a telling everyone to not buy from them. Their responses to my complains were so arrogant. They have zero sensitivity to me spending my money to gift someone. No apology, zero customer service.
