Actually a zero rating. a Ver very bad experience on order *** delivered to the wrong address despite us providing a redirected address before delivery, despite the consultant confirming the redirected address when i called and despite a chat confirming delivery to the redirected address - thus all lies on the part of Netflorist. never again Netflorist.
