Absolutely USELESS!!

Cannot get over how BAD this company is. Ordered a personalised pen. It arrives with the name and message completely off centre and over the top of the pen box. Not only that, the personalised sleeve is coming apart where it was glued together. Send an email explaining the situation.

I receive a replacement sleeve today and its MILES too big for the pen box.

How hard is it to quality check products before they go out and to check that the correct product goes out.

This is not my first bad experience... earlier this year I was ill and my boyfriend sent me a small teddy with a get well soon card. What arrived was a MASSIVE and HIDEOUS orange ****** teddy with a huge balloon saying "I love you". Luckily I could laugh at the error. But imagine you send your boss a get well soon present and what arrives is a hideous teddy and a massive "I love you" balloon.

This company is an absolute joke.
