Never again in my life

I will never again in my life buy anything from Netflorist. Last year my brother's valentines gift for his wife was only delivered on the Monday after valentines day and this year I though maybe if I book it earlier I will have more of a success. My hopes were to high. I booked my order on 9 Feb. Received a confirmation of delivery and when Iasked her if she like her present she didnt know what I was talking about. I phoned on saturday and the guy said he will send a complimentary box of chocolates with, just another lie. I phoned later on saturday to hear if my order will be delivered and Bonolo was very helpful but didnt know what was going on with my order. We went for a movie @ 4h and only after the movie was done and we were back home I saw the delivery was made eventually. Too much trouble I will rather go and buy something by myself for her next year!
