NEVER AGAIN!!!

What a slap in the face. I am utterly disappointed with my Mother's Day order. I paid R500 for what I expected to be a premium bouquet, but what arrived was the poorest quality arrangement I have ever seen. I honestly could have bought a better, fresher bouquet at a local Spar for a fraction of the price. To make matters worse, when I called to complain, the service consultant was full of excuses and eventually hung up on me. It is completely unacceptable to expect customers to pay these prices for such low-quality products and disrespectful service. A total waste of money and a ruined gift.
