Never again

I have given this company 4 chances now because they used to be so great, but honestly it's enough now. Every single order, there is SOMETHING wrong. Late delivery, out of stock of an item on the last minute, or simply leaving an item which was paid for out and having to find out from the person you sent the gift too.

What has happened to this great company?
