Never again

Will not be ordering from Netflorist ever again. Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for mothers day and what was delivered was not at all like the picture advertised on their website - it was so much smaller, squashed, and the roses were brown and dying. So so disappointed and embarrassed. I also received no feedback and am basically being ignored on their WhatsApp line after querying it. Clearly they do not want business - will be going with other gifting options in future (e.g Sixty60) which offer the same delivery service with better products/flowers at a much better price as well! I'm just sorry I never thought to use them before I placed my order with NetFlorist.
