NEVER AGAIN

I have ordered a customized grown for a friend to be delivered on his Birthday the 4th of May, after making 3 calls to customer services to confirm delivery time and day, I was assured that the delivery was still on track to be delivered on the 4th. surprisingly, today is the 5th and still no delivery, glad it wasn't flowers I was sending to some ones funeral. NetFlorist is really pathetic and never again will I use this company for my gifts.
