Never again

Absolutely useless. I would NOT recommend netflorist to anyone , if you looking for absolutely disgusting service , no care and your order arriving a week late( they even messed up the complementary flowers that were suppose to be delivered for the the mistake they made)- then this is the company for you (Ps don't try get in touch with any management, they obviously don't exist , as I waited on the line for ages just for the phone to be put down in my ear 3 times)

Netflorist you guys are useless And thanks for ruining what should've been a great surprise birthday gift.
