never again

So i 9 o'clock and places an order for fliwers to be delivered for my wife .. which the branch is 4km away from her work and asked them kindly to deliver it before 4 o'clock sharp and they said to me no problem they will make sure of it . As my wife leaves at 4 . I phoned them every hour to confirm and they said it will be there before 4 oclock... the damn flowers arrived at the place at 6 o'clock when no one is there . So i literally spent R330 which the could just through away... my company uses them 3 times every week .. ill make sure the retract their business from Netflorist and i will never ever recommend them to anyone .
