Never Again

Netflorist seems to be on a roll lately with their terrible service. The first order I placed was incorrect. I ordered a bro bucket and a happy birthday balloon. They delivered a blank plain silver tin and a "congrats" balloon, and then as an apology sent a voucher. I used the voucher for the 2nd time to use the voucher. The order was late and the printing on the card was duplicated so the writing couldn't be read. When I complained about this they kindly informed me that the card was comp when I infact paid a R40 fee for a waste of a card. I will advise that no one buys from this place
