Never Again!

I have ordered something very special and important on Netflorist.

I was informed today that they supposedly did not receive my proof of payment when in fact I had sent it all yesterday.

The order is delayed now.

I asked some off my closest friends to be my brides****s.

My **** of honour's gift was delivered on time and it was perfect.

My other brides**** received her gift today only it was the wrong one.

The gift and card was incorrect and all that they can say is that I should send the photo's of the items and they will collect the wrong items tomorrow and exhange it for the correct one.

This is utterly humiliating and infuriating!

On a previous order they also misspelled my fiance's name.
