Never again!

I will never use their services again. This is the second time they have failed to deliver on their promises. The first time, the flowers I sent were not at all what was shown in the photograph; they were wilted and far from fresh, completely ruining the surprise. This time, the chocolates I ordered arrived in a disappointing state – they were melted into an unappetizing puddle, making them inedible. It's frustrating to have such poor experiences twice in a row.
