Netflourist Messed Up my Anniversary Celebration!!!

Order: *** I ordered flowers for my wife a day before (13 May 2021) our anniversary celebration from Netflourist. Our anniversary was on 14 May 2021. They also had an option to deliver the flowers the same day at the time of placing an order. I have also indicate that i wanted them to deliver the flowers to her work address just before noon when i completed the form. Then netflourist called her at night, asked for the home address and terribly delivered the flowers for my wife at night, at home when she was about to go to bed. I'm so disappointed, ...terrible service!! Don't use them! At least i warned you.
