Netflotist is a joke

I placed an order on the 7th of July to be delivered on the 9th of July. On the 9th nothing arrived I phoned they said they couldn't do the order it will be sent out on the 10th still nothing. The order arrived today the 12th july with OPEN CHOCOLATES the balloon and no plant. This is just disgusting on so many levels as this was for my mothers 50th birthday and they think it's funny to send half of my order with open chocolates. I will never ever use this company ever again.
