Netflotist always over promises and under delivers

I am So disappointed in Netflotist and I'm hoping that somehow I would receive a response on this platform as calling them and emailing them is a waste of time. My partner ordered flowers for my on the 27th of August at 9am and was promised that they would deliver at my work address on the same day. There was no delivery. On the 28th of August I called again and they promised it would be delivered by 7:30pm at my home address. By 8pm there was no one to call and no helpline to contact about the delivery that never happened. On Saturday I called them to demand a refund on behalf of the sender. They said that they could deliver on Saturday or Monday but by that time I did not want the flowers just the R400+ that was waisted on a good thought. They promised again to email the sender on Saturday - this has yet to happen. I am irate and highly dissatisfied with Netflotist. I wonder if they would respond to this Review
