Netflosist are con artists

I placed an order for delivery for Mothers Day a week before and on the day it is due to be delivered, I am trying to trace my order and find out if it was delivered. And they tell me they don't have stock. A whole week for them to get back to me but on the day they tell me that. Terrible service. But they took my money and haven't refunded me
