I honestly wish there was an option to do negative (minus) ratings because NetFlorist is an absolute disgrace and *******. From the annoying website glitches to advertising products that pop us unavailable once you try to checkout. From wanting to charge a delivery fee per item instead of per total order to failure to record discovery miles payment. Failed to honor their “same day delivery” to actually delivering an incomplete order that looked like a kindergarten project. Absolute disgrace of a gifting company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
