Netflorits - Worst Service ever - will never make use of them again

Ordered flowers last year for a funeral to be delivered in Klerksdorp and it was delivered a day later - I left it because I thought it was not a major city and that might have caused a delay.

Friday I ordered - order number ********** 50 to be delivered in the Northern Suburbs or Cape Town at a business address.

I completed the name and surname of the person supposed to receive the gift online and I also chose to have a message included.

Well needless to say package was delivered yesterday with only the name of the person, Lisa (which is obviously a name that more than one person has) and no surname - AT A COMPANY!!! No one knew who this was for and when I phoned yesterday I discovered that no one opened the parcel as there are 2 Lisa's at the company. I told her it came from me and maybe the note with the message was inside. Needless to say it was not!!!!

Most pathetic service ever - will rather use another company in future to have flowers or gifts delivered as this is really ridiculous.

I also phoned yesterday to talk to someone, and after explaining all of this to a person, who did not even ask for the order number, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he trasferred me to a 'supervisor'. Luckily I asked the person if she was indeed a supervisor and she informed me she was not. I must say she at least asked for the order number and put me through - I held on for more than 10 minutes and then the lady came back online and said Nthombi was going to call me, I have had not phone call yet.
