NetFlorist....What a joke!!!!!

Not once, but twice we've ordered from this company for gift delivere, and both times they've disappointed. And it's not that they don't deliver, they confirm the order, then they confirm when delivery will take place, and on the day of delivery were it not that we tracked the order, we would not have known they cancelled the order with no notification, no refund, and request whether we would like a refund. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic!!!!!
