Netflorist..the cherry on the cake

I recently purchased a chocolate cake for my son's birthday as I had previously ordered the very same cake for my other child. Needless to say this time the experience was not the same. I contacted Netflorist to advise that the cake I had recently purchased was dry and almost stale.

Within 24hours of submitting my response to Netflorist I was contacted and subsequently given a voucher to redeem at Netflorist in lieu of dissatisfied purchase.

I was honestly taken aback by this gesture and have vowed to be Netflorist's avid customer.
