Musi, Pindi you are not an asset to Netflorsit. @yangamatantabuzo your offer of "free delivery" next time is presumptious; why would I use a gift delivery service that does nothing but cause me endless problems and frustration? And to boot, Yanga has no details of anyone in higher authority (he must have taken over from "Harold"!)
