Netflorist's Valentine Special : A Bouquet of Utter Disappointment

Absolutely appalled and embarrassed!!! Thank to Netflorist for making this Valentines day as sh*tty as it could be. I had placed an order on the 31st of Jan 2020 and had requested for it to be delivered today to my husband as a Valentine gift. I had ordered it early thinking it was ample time for delivery. This morning I get a call saying that my order could not be delivered today but rather next week as there was a problem with the production order (Valentines day is today not next week, what am I going to do next week with the gift, it defeats the whole purpose) and to accommodate for that they were going to send a chocolate hamper to the recepient. It Is now passed 20H00 and I've been trying to call them numerous times but theres no answer, evening plans were eventually cancelled as it was already late and I had to eventually tell my husband about the gift and about the poor service delivery, I was so embarrassed. In Future, Netflorist, do not advertise for a sevice you cannot deliver and have the courtesy to let clients know in advance if there is a problem with the order, not on the day!!
