NetFlorist's SPAM-grip on consumers!

Unsolicited mail keep streaming in from Netfloris every. single. day. I have unsubscribed more times than I care to count. I have logged a ticket with their communications company Everlytic, who has assured me time and time again that my email address has been removed and yet, there they are...NetFloris' persistent spam emails. I must mention that the Everlytic hel;p desk operator, Juran Nelson has been very kind in dealing with this issue, but it seems even he cannot stop the onslaught... As far as I know, if a customer opts-out of promotional emails and the company fails to honour that, that is ********... HELP!
