NetFlorists ruins Valentines day for a first time customer

I would really just want to say thank you to Netflorist for messing up my valentines day!!! Im really not impressed. This being the first time that I use Netflorist and you stuffed it up like this. Not sure if I will do this again

My order was only delivered at 2;45pm and the bottle of wine that I had ordered was not even given with my order.

After spending a lot of money on my order I’m really disappointed and this was the first time i have ever ordered from Netflorist
