Netflorist's new tagline should be "We make gifts disappear."

Well, @NetFlorist, you've outdone yourselves this time. My Valentine's Day gift to my husband still hasn't been delivered - I guess the message in the greeting card really was 'You're out of this world' because my gift has disappeared into a black hole. I've tried following up with their call center and via email, but I guess they're too busy making excuses to attend to our petty complaints. @NetFlorist, if you're looking for a new tagline, how about 'we make gifts disappear'? #ValentinesDayFail
