NETFLORIST'S FAILURE ON VALENTINES DAY

Only half my order was delivered! I ordered some roses for my wife, and daughters for Valentine's Day, more than two weeks in advance, only to receive half the order. The call center was of no assistance, and off cause it left me with great embarrassment with my daughters. The call center told me feedback may take more than a day!! What type of service is this?!?! Fully paid order, at a premium, for Valentines Day, yet half my order, and no promise of delivery!!!
