Netflorist's Customer service went out the door

I don't know what happened to the service at Netflorist. I order flowers for delivery to my wife's office as a surprise, I even asked on the live chat when it will go out and be delivered to which they said 13;00 and be delivered before 14:00. As my wife works until 14:30 I went ahead with the order. The when they don't deliver, the live chat is off, and they dot answer when you phone. Had to spoil the surprise to tell my wife to stay at the office as I ordered a delivery. Netflorist, you honestly suck. Wont be using your services again.
