Netflorist....nothing fresh about them...

Delivering flowers minutes before closing despite asking for early delivery... At 2pm I was told my delivery(albeit not a cheap) one...was number 3 of 14 despite the order being placed as soon as Netflorist opened. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the issue was escalated...to date nobody bothered calling. Pathetic in the least.....turned a joyous occasion into a damn nightmare.
