Do I actually have to RATE THEM????????????????? Paid R584.00 - they claim it was delivered despite the recipient never receiving it!!!!!

Going to seek relief through the small claims court - and set the social media platforms alight with some choice words although it looks like plenty of disgruntled parties have beaten me to it.
