Netflorist your ****py florist

Trust that you are well.Further to poor service previously received from this pathetic company and against my better judgment I decided to gove Netflorist a try once again.On the last occasion your company messed up my anniversary and now Valentine's Day.

I placed an order via your website,order number ***.The order was accepted and payment taken.I have been checking the status of my order and about 14:20 noticed that it was on referred status for some time now,my wife is still patiently awaiting the delivery as I promised her.

I called the call center and only to be greeted by a rude agent who laughed at me instead of assisting,I called again and requested to speak to a manager and the agent did not understand me and kept requesting the order number eventhough my request was to speak to a manager,the first agent informed me that the order was rejected by the florist yet nobody cared to inform me and my money was taken and order not fulfilled,this amounts to ***** or theft by false pretences and I can assure you if my order is not fulfilled then I will open a case at the South African Police service and institute legal action against netflorist,I will also be lodging complaints on social media and hello peter website.

I urge you to take action and fulfill my order as promised
