Netflorist you Suck!!

I have never been so disappointed in any online shopping experience as I am with Netflorist. On my 21st Wedding Anniversary I sent my wife a very expensive flower arrangement and something sweet to compliment the occasion, needless to say the wrong bouquet was delivered without the second item. The flowers was picked up and replaced but the secondary item is still MIA. Promises being made on delivery with no delivery taking place. Phone call after phone call, email after email and I am still waiting!!
