Netflorist you suck

<p>I have no words but anger...got a messsage that my order arrived but in actual fact it did not even get to cape town...they said they have to start the process again in joburg that was after 9 calls to joburg and cape town branch. I will get the present monday..in the mean time they will deliver the next day a small appology gift ....well I waited at home from 8 till 13:00 and still not even the apology gift..I feel like a prisoner waiting to let me out my house on a Sa****ay hoping I can go shopping soon....called twice they said the hamper is on the truck should arrive today...what time they dont know so now the call center is closed and my family waits for the appology gift for the anniversary the previous day..what a joke ....my anniversary present to my boyfriend will happen four days later then what I paid for ...I will never use them again....I will use someone else they might be two days late and not four...this lovely south african service of ours.....</p>
