Netflorist you ruined my partners Birthday surprise!!!!!!!!!!

Netflorist has a sameday delivery service, if you place order before 11 it will be delivered between 1pm and 8pm Sameday I placed my order 2 days before delivery (a birthday present for my girlfriend to be delivered at her work place) it's 3pm now and still not delivered, when I ask I'm told it will be delivered,,,,,,when?????? Must she wait at office gate after work???????? Very disappointing, she will think I forgot about her day and remembered last minute so quickly went and bought whereas I had this planned way before,,, thank you Netflorist for ruining my surprise gift to my partner.......... VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED
