It is such a shame. This order was intended for a well deserving mums birthday. You have taken away the entire experience of receiving the gift.

I bought the experience from you as a package deal for the receipt to receive an entire gift the way I intended. Not half or an incomplete order.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall service I received.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and let me know how you plan to address this issue. I would appreciate a refund for the missing items and any additional compensation that you believe would be appropriate if you cannot deliver and complete my full order.
