Netflorist you are a disgrace!!!!

I have just received a bouquet through Netflorist and it is possibly the worst bouquet I have ever received. I know for a fact it was an expensive purchase and I cannot believe that Netflorist would ever send out such a poor floral display. I also placed an order for delivery with netflorist the previous week and it was delayed by a week and the arrived all separately to the same address. PLEASE DO NOT USE NETFLORIST FOR ANY OF YOUR GIFTING DELIVERIES!!!!
