Netflorist - Worst Valentine delivery

Ordered R1300 arrangemnet of Flowers on 12th FEB specifically for Valentines. Incorrect order delivered at 16h30 - I called for solution and Netflorist promised to revert / no feedback 15th a driver called to say delivery should be rescheduled for 16th another 30 min call on 15th with promises of refund/escalation 16th worst bunch of flower delivered and still no response management never available for resolution
