Netflorist worst service ever

I receive 2 to 4 mails per day from Netflorist. I have asked on numerous occasions to remove me from the mailing list and nothing gets done. I sent Harold at netflorist an email to say that I do not give them permission to send me emails. Then the mails increased from then on. It is really pathetic.
